The apartment is a 7-8 minute stroll from the Plaza and Villamartin Club House. The plaza provides many restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket for all your needs plus a chemist and several shops.

Los Dolses is another plaza and is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and has other shops, bars and restaurants. There is a lively Irish bar and supermarket.

During the summer evenings a variety of entertainment is provided within the plaza and parrots can be seen settling in the trees.
