Situated just a 2 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants and only a stroll (7-8 minutes) from Villamartin Plaza and the World famous Villamartin Championship Golf Course. The apartment is situated in a well established, quiet complex (called Los Dolses) and the balcony and sun terrace overlook the pool and have views to the Med sea. Located just 12-15 minutes drive from Murcia airport and 35 minutes from Alicante airport on the Costa Blanca.

The Apartment:

2 Twin Bedrooms (one with ensuite) both with Air conditioning (a must during summer!), ceiling fans and spacious built-in wardrobes. Sleeps 4.

2 Bathrooms (both with shower).

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,  cooker etc) and granite worktops.

Lounge/Dining area fully equipped with quality furniture and patio doors open onto the balcony, overlooking the swimming pool. Satellite television is provided allowing you to watch all your favourite UK TV shows (terrestrial and sky channels). There is marble flooring throughout.

The sun terrace is a spacious sunny area (with views to the Med Sea) and a patio table, chairs, sunloungers and of course barbecue. There is also a canopy which can be pulled across should shelter be required.

You can relax in the pool area or pop across to La Zenia Beach, a Blue Flag holder, or one of several other local beaches. There is also an aqua park close to Torrevieja 10-15 minutes away.

There is also a car parking space directly outside the apartment.  Please also note that Villamartin does not contain any high rise buildings in case this is a concern!
